No,per quello uso un programma T_T
Però ti posso dare un sito che è spiccicato a photoshop solo che non è tanto uguale x°°°D

si oki ma con quel sito fai quell'effetto?...come al solito ho dei problemi con i filtri di psp -.-

No quello del mio set con un programma,ma lo puoi fare anche con quel sito.
Ora che ci penso...quella era una texture ò_ò Quindi se te la passo puoi fare tipo effetto costellation.
Se vuoi te la passo.
